Availability and prices
Available dates in 2024 can be found in the calender below. We distinguish between low and high season.
High season
During high season the rates are per week, for the whole house. There is a 15% discount from the second week if you stay two or more weeks. A week in high season costs €1450,-
Low season
In low season the rates are per day, based on four adults. There is an additional fee of 25 euros per person (from 12 years) per day, per person if you are travelling with more than four adults. There is a minimum of 5 nights per booking. A night in the low-season is €135,-
Good to know
- Beds are made, and towels and kitchen linen are included.
- Housekeeping (i.e. final cleaning) is included in the price.
- A booking is confirmed after approval by e-mail.
- It is possible to pay the booking in full, or to make a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% one month prior to arrival.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to two months before arrival. Within two months before arrival cancellation costs are half of the total sum. It is possible to cancel up to three weeks before the day of arrival, after that it is no longer possible to cancel.
